Week 9

Food

I failed to make it back on the wagon this week. My fatal flaw was laziness; I didn't go to the grocery store to get more acceptable food. So I was able to eat my cereal and milk in the morning for most of the week, but didn't have any fruit with it. Some days I was still hungry and would snack on some peanuts. The electricity went out on Thursday and my milk was thrown out. So Friday I had a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit from Quik Trip, and Saturday I had a chicken club toaster from Sonic.

I forgot to bring my lunch so I convinced some coworkers to go to Arby's. I had the chicken club and sun chips and couldn't help but sneak a few curly fries. Curse you Arby's curly fries and your deliciousness! Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday I followed my usual lunch. Our Thursday lunch we went to Desi Wok. I had the szechuan chicken, hot. Friday we grilled again and one of my coworkers tried to kill us all with his undercooked grilled chicken sandwiches. I also got some jalapeno kettle-cooked chips, but ate way more than a serving. On Sunday a friend and I went to El Chico for yet another cheat meal for the week.

I don't know exactly when some dinners occurred. I know I had Subway several nights. I also went to Asahi for sushi with friends one night. Saturday I ate a ton of Chinese take out at a friend's house.

Exercise

The exercises were the same this week with one exception. My running changed to 4 sets instead of 3.

Weight

My weight on Sunday, May 16th at 8 AM was down to 355.0 lbs. It's another week with just a pound lost.
