I was a little lazy and didn't do last weeks update, so I am combining these two.

This week I followed the meal plan exactly. I didn't even have a cheat meal.
This week my exercises on Tuesday-Thursday were altered. Instead of 4 sets of running 100 yards and walking back 4 times, it became 4 sets of running 100 yards and then running back 100 yards. The first day I did double, but later found out it was not necessary. One of the weight days my roommate had me max out on bench press and one-armed row. I don't remember what the numbers were, but it was extremely hard.
My weight on Sunday, May 30th at 8 AM dropped to 345.2 lbs. That is about a 10 lb drop. So it is still possible to lose a lot of weight in a week, if I stick to the program.
My problem this week was a lot of smaller cheats and 2 cheat meals. One was at Agave and I had the usual. The other was biscuits and gravy, which was amazing as usual.
The new running schedule continued this week. The weight days were changed significantly. Instead of doing 3 sets of everything, the three sets are done for each type before continuing to the next one. So I did three sets of 10 squats and 10 double-leg bucks. Then I did the other weight sets individually. The weights increased significantly but I don't remember what they were (the exercises changed again the next week). After the weights, the sit-ups were altered. I did 3 sets of 10 of the regular sit-ups, then 10 for each side sit-up.
My weight on Sunday, June 6th at 8 AM dropped to 345.0 lbs. Not a significant drop, but what can I expect. It seems my willpower and laziness is getting worse and worse.

You just need to stick with it. I know its hard. I want to eat what I want to eat and here lately I have been and have started gaining a lot more but you have been inspiring me. I know you can do this. You dropped 10 lbs the week before. You deserve a little rest from it, but maybe not such a huge lack. You have lost so much already. Most people can't lose that much if they try. You're doing great. Just get back to it. Don't make Mom have a heart attack by quitting your program. She called me at midnight to tell me she was worried because Diane just called her and told her you put that about the willpower. For some reason they think I can inspire you. But its pretty much the opposite. I want to do what you are doing once this baby comes out and we can lose weight together. You can do it.
