Operation Make Josh Attractive: Weeks 14 and 15

Another two week combination.

Week 14

Food

Alright, so here are all of the cheats I remember:

  • Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake (~3 pieces)
  • Hideaway Pizza (Salad, Small Pizza, ranch, and a few extra pizza slices)
  • Popeye's Chicken (3 pieces of boneless chicken, fries, and 6 biscuits)
  • Grilled Steak Tacos (flour tortillas, cheese, and of course steak)
  • Freckle's Chocolate Reese's Shake

That is all I remember. Not a great week for dieting.

Exercise

The running days increased to 3 days a week. I don't remember how much I was supposed to run but I think it was:

8 * (Run * 100 yds + Short Walk + Run * 100 yds + Rest * 1 min)

So the other two workout days became weights. I don't remember what the workout was, but I know I only did one of the 2 because I have to make it to church on Thursdays now.

Weight

My weight on Sunday, June 20th at 8 AM dropped to 338.2 lbs. That is about a 1.6 lb drop. Not surprising considering what I ate that week.

Week 15

Food

Alright, so here are all of the cheats I remember:

  • Taco Bueno (Some new specialty quesadilla, and chips and queso)
  • Pei Wei (Spicy Korean)
  • Hank's Hamburgers (Double-meat cheeseburger, fires, and a chocolate malt)
  • Chili cheese dogs (2 of 'em)
  • Candy on Saturday (Reese's, Reese's Pieces, Nutty Bar, and Chocolate Ice Cream Bar)

That is all I remember. Another not so great week for dieting.

Exercise

The running increased to the following:

10 * (Run * 100 yds + Short Walk + Run * 100 yds + Rest * 1 min)

The weight days are now split into two types. The first is:

  • 3 * (8 * Squats * 45 lbs each arm + 12 * Physio Ball Buck + Rest * 1 min)
  • 3 * (10 * Bench Press * 55 lbs each arm + Rest * 90 s)
  • 3 * (10 * One Arm Row * 65 lbs * each arm + Rest * 90 s)
  • 3 * (10 * Shoulder Press * 35 lbs each arm + Rest * 90 s)
  • 3 * (10 * Shrugs * 65 lbs each arm + Rest * 90 s)
  • 3 * (10 * Bicep Curls * 27.5 lbs each arm * alternating + Rest * 90 s)
  • 3 * (10 * Tricep Extensions * 27.5 lbs each arm + Rest * 90 s)
  • 2 * (18 * Sit Ups + 12 * Oblique Crunch * each side + Rest * 60 s)

I only ended up doing the first one. I only exercised 1 time running (Monday) and the above weight workout (Tuesday). I could barely move on Wednesday after Tuesday's workout. I didn't have time on Thursday. I got my new iPhone on Friday and spent the entire evening setting it up. Saturday I helped hang drywall at a church in Hominy and could hardly move afterward. I know “excuses, excuses.”

Weight

My weight on Sunday, June 27th at 8 AM dropped to 333.8 lbs. That is about a 5 lb drop. Very surprising actually, considering my cheats and lack of exercise as compared to other weeks.
